A Tour of Her Room

When these pictures were taken in late February we'd just about finished her room. All the furniture has been built and her things are arranged in the room. There are still a few finishing touches to go, but we're almost done. Here you see the rocking chair in the front corner of the room and the diaper bag hanging on the closet door.

We're very excited about this rocking chair. It's so comfy and simple.

Here is her bookcase with pull-out bins for toys and changing necessities on top on the right side. The changing pad is on top of the four-drawer chest, which I've now packed full of clothes, burp cloths, and more.

Here is the crib in the corner by the window with a baby gym siting in it. 

I don't expect the closet to stay this organized, but it's nice to see so much stuff in there and room for more. This room has come a very long way since it was our guest room/junk room. It seemed to take forever to find a place for every item that was previously in there before having the time to paint and build the furniture. Just a few more things, plus baby, and it will be complete.
